Fellowship Baptist Church's Counseling Ministry provides free biblical counseling to those seeking God's answers to life's struggles.
Who can come for counseling?
You do not need to be a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
However, those seeking counsel should plan to attend one regular service per week.
Counsel is offered to individuals and couples.
What kind of counsel is offered?
Counseling is available to help with any problems you may be facing -- marriage, parenting, addictions, disorders, fear, anger, grief, anxiety, etc. Our counseling approach is based
on the truths of the Bible, for we believe it to be God's inspired Word to us,
containing all that we need to flourish in this life.
Who are the counselors?
The counselors are the pastor of our church and other qualified individuals trained in biblical counseling. Our pastor has been counseling within the context of this local church for over twenty years, and one of our other counselors is certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. What does counseling cost?
There is no fee for
the counseling. However, some books and materials may need
to be purchased.
What will the counselor expect?
He / she will expect three things:
- A willingness to grow and change
- A regular commitment to the scheduled appointments and weekly church worship services
- A completion of homework assignments
